- Custom workflow development

- Performance optimization
2.2 Service Delivery
- Services are provided on a project basis or ongoing support basis as agreed
- We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and deliverables
- Client cooperation and timely provision of necessary information is required
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Access and Information
- Provide necessary access to systems and platforms
- Share relevant business information and requirements
- Maintain appropriate security measures for shared credentials
3.2 Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain necessary licenses and permissions for integrated platforms
- Follow security best practices for automated systems
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
- Client retains ownership of their data and existing systems
- FlowAsync retains ownership of custom code and automation solutions developed
- Shared intellectual property rights are subject to separate agreement
4.2 License
- Upon full payment, client receives a non-exclusive license to use developed solutions
- License is limited to client’s business use
- No transfer or sublicensing without written consent
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
- Fees are based on agreed scope and deliverables
- Additional services may incur additional charges
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
5.2 Payment Schedule
- Payment terms are as specified in individual agreements
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Work may be suspended for overdue payments
